HAMMERJACK MAKATI EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING TOWARD JOB PERFORMANCE FOR PROPOSED WELL-BEING PROGRAM

Abstract:

The Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) requires this company leaders to manage the team individually. BPO is delegation of service-type business processed to a third-party service provider. This industry is performance based which can be quantify. This study aims to analyzes the significant of demographic profile to the job performance, and wellbeing of the employee in Hammerjack Makati to adjust wellbeing program of the company. This study utilized the descriptive researcher, which method of collecting data is through survey via Google Forms with 69 employees. Data was analysis through SPSS with the following treatment frequency, mean, Pearson r, and ANOVA. The result shows that majority of the employee of the company are female and in age group of 21-29. In addition, the job performance indicator presents that they are performing and well being survey for the company is strongly observed. This also concludes that age and sex cannot affect the job performance and well-being perception. Furthermore, job performance and well being is moderate correlated which means there are other factors to consider in job performance. This study recommends to the Hammerjacks Makati to build employee space to express their emotion and feelings.
