About COL

The Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law was established in 1952, built and established by the guiding vision and principles of a distinguished member of the High Court, Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose P. Laurel. Over the years, it has produced bar top-notchers and top-notched lawyers who are now members of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches of the government and established private practitioners.

Recognizing the need to have a campus that is more conducive to the passionate study of law, LPU has seen the challenges and the opportunities that Makati offers and has decided to take it. With the guidance of brilliant and distinguished professors from the top law firms within the Makati Central Business District, the College of Law is well positioned and is committed to produce lawyers, who will uphold the highest ideals of truth, justice, courage and fortitude in the service of God, country and humanity.
