About Institutional Development Office

formerly Planning and Development Office(PDO) & Department of Linkages and Standards (DLS)  

The Institutional Development Office (IDO) is responsible for overseeing the planning and development programs of the university, implementing the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and other quality assurance programs, including institutional accreditation, among others.

The office is tasked with leading the recommendation, formulation, implementation, and evaluation of plans, policies, and programs. Additionally, it conducts performance assessments of various units based on both strategic and operational targets, and conducts mid-year and annual management performance reviews and planning.
