Initial Requirements for New Students

To apply as a new student kindly email the following details for initial acceptance and review to gscnewenroll@lpu.edu.ph:

  1. Complete Name
  2. Graduate Program interested to enroll in
  3. Number of Courses to Enroll
  4. Letter of intent
  5. 2 recommendation letters
  6. Diploma of most recent earned degree (with English translation if apply)    
  7. Transcript of records of most recent earned degree (with English translation if apply)    

Applicants are advised that the trimester starts in the following months and the deadline of application to be included in the said trimester is 2 weeks before the said month:

  1. 1st Trimester in the Month of September
  2. 2nd Trimester in the Month of January
  3. 3rd Trimester in the Month of May

Complete Requirements for Official Enrollment

Starting January 1, 2022:

Please complete the following requirements for submission to be admitted and proceed to enrollment upon initial acceptance review to the Claro M. Recto Academy of Advanced Studies (Graduate School):    

For All Students:     

  1. Fill-out and submit the student profile form and sign the waiver part at the bottom part of the form.

For Local Students:     

  1. Original Copies of:
    1. Original Transcript of records of most current degree  
    2. Letter of intent highlighting purpose of taking said degree and planned research undertaking aligned to said degree      
    3. 2 recommendation letters (one from previous academic institution of recent degree and one from current professional affiliation)      
    4. 2pcs. 2×2 Color Picture (White Background)    
    5. Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal    
    6. Certified True Copy of Grades / Transcript of Records    
    7. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate  

For Foreign Students:     

  1. Letter of intent highlighting purpose of taking said degree and planned research undertaking aligned to said degree      
  2. 2 recommendation letters (one from previous academic institution of recent degree and one from current professional affiliation)    
  3. Requirements that must be authenticated by the respective foreign embassies:
    • Certificate of Degree Earned/ Diploma   
    • Transcript of Records (with English translation)   
    • Certificate of Birth    
    • Certificate of No Derogatory/Criminal Record  
  4. 1pc. 2×2 Colored picture (White background and corporate attire)    
  5. Statement of Account
    • Please note that foreign students with previous local admission must obtain 1 year of residency.    
  6. Passport
    • All foreign students must submit scanned and photocopies of all pages of their passport  
  7. Additional Requirement for compliance:
    • English Proficiency Exam
      • Graduate school foreign students must submit their English Proficiency certificate for validation.
      • English Proficiency Exam result (IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC) – Passing level is B2 to be exempted to take required University English class and certification.
