Applicants are advised that the trimester starts in the following months and the deadline of application to be included in the said trimester is 2 weeks before the said month:

1. 1^st Trimester in the Month of September
2. 2^nd Trimester in the Month of January
3. 3^rd Trimester in the Month of May

1. Original Copies of:
   1. Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal with Certificate of Good Moral Character    
   2. Certified Copy of Grades/Transcript of Records    
   3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate    
   4. 1pc. 2×2 Colored picture (White background and corporate attire)    

For Foreign Students:     

1. Requirements that must be authenticated by the respective foreign embassies:
   1. Certificate of Degree Earned/ Diploma (with English translation if apply)   
   2. Transcript of Records (with English translation if apply)    
   3. Certificate of Birth (with English translation if apply)    
   4. Certificate of No Derogatory/Criminal Record (with English translation if apply)    

2. 1pc. 2×2 Colored picture (White background and corporate attire)    
3. Statement of Account.  Please note that foreign students with previous local admission must obtain 1 year of residency.    
4. English Proficiency Exam result (IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC) – Passing level is B2 to be exempted to take required University English class and certification.   
5. Scanned/photocopy of all the pages of the passport.
