SHS ABM Tourism Research Project entitled “FOOD QUALITY, SERVICE QUALITY, AND QUALITY ON CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY ON COFFEE SHOPS IN INTRAMUROS MANILA” was presented during the Amrapali University-India’s International Research Conference-AVAHAN 2024. The said event with the theme “Technology Transformation: Navigating the Path Through Innovative Hospitality“ was held on March 16, 2024, onsite and via Zoom.  The paper was authored by Dwane Camba, Franchesca Delos Santos, Jan Paulo Gino-gino, Manuella, Gutana, Shannia Britney Martinez, Julianne Mariesse Ocampo, Andres Miguel Yaris, who are under the guidance of the Content Lead for Science and Innovative Research, Mr. John Christian Espinola.
