The researchers conducted a study entitled “The Role of Cultural Differences in International Trade Negotiation between the Philippines and the People’s Republic of China”. The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of cultural differences in International Trade between Filipinos and Chinese. Understanding Cultural Differences in International Trade As the world economy continues to grow, China’s market link with the rest of the world has become stronger. It is critical to comprehend cultural differences across nations as international business operations become more frequent. Otherwise, it may lead to misunderstandings and have an impact on the flow of actual International Business Activities between the countries. This research study analyzed the main factors of cultural differences between the Philippines and China, as well as their influence on International Trade and Negotiations. The researchers provided approaches for efficiently reducing misunderstanding and the adverse effects of cultural differences. The findings of this research study have a great significance that will assist students, instructors, Chinese, and Filipinos who do business with one another.
