Abstract:

This study would not be successful enough without the unconditional support of the following people who helped and guide the proponents from day 1 up to the final stage of our study. Our group would like to thank the people from the Government agency of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), for their approval to us in conducting research. MR. Nathaniel Cruz (Chief Weather Division of PAGASA) for sharing his relevant information about the proponents’ research that pertains on converting “A System that Convert Rainfall and Thunderstorm Data to RGB Image for the Meteorological Workstation (METLAB) of PAGASA.
