A Web content management system (CMS) is content management system (CMS) software, usually implemented as a Web application, for creating and managing HTML content. The study is very much significant to the attainment of the university’s goal to maintain connection with the alumni more effectively and provide supports and help they might need. Tracking of the employment rate and job status of alumni will signify the credibility and quality of education the school provides. For methodology, the researchers chose the Rapid Application Development (RAD) because it is flexible and adaptable to change. And it‟s best for the Alumni Association Website because of the speed and quality which are the primary advantages of Rapid Application Development.
