Juice drinks made from indigenous crops being developed

A collaborative research and development project from Lyceum of the Philippines University and Vinoca Manufacturing exploring the development of ready-to-drink juices made from indigenous crops has been funded and supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Lead proponents of the project are from the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management and Research and Innovation Center.
