COSeL, in partnership with Philippine Blood Center (PBC), is inviting you to the bloodletting activity: “Dugong Lycean para sa Bayan” on March 31, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. at the JPL Hall of Freedom.

WHO CAN DONATE:

• 20 years old and above
• At least 50 kgs or 110 lbs.
• Fully vaccinated (Proof: Vaccination card & valid ID)
• No COVID-19 symptoms for the last 14 days

PREPARATION BEFORE DONATING BLOOD

• Get enough rest and sleep (at least 6 hours)
• No alcohol intake 24 hours before blood donation
• No medication of any kind 24 hours before blood donation
• Eat something before donating (avoid fatty foods).
• Drink a lot of water.
