Abstract:

This paper presents an Interactive Web Learning Portal for Students of Programming Subjects in Lyceum of the Philippines University College of Technology intended to develop an Portal Learning system for the students. Specifically this study help to determine the methods of teaching in Lyceum of the Philippines University when it comes to programming subjects, describe the current situation of the students in Programming subjects, identify the subject areas critical in the learning of programming subjects, identify the programming skills required in programming courses and determine the kind of tests needed to the programming knowledge of the students. The system is developed for student to get train in academic learning that will able them to fulfill their requirements in respective programming courses. Students will have a chance to access the academic system to have a study during their free time and even at home so that they are able to accomplish their projects to meet the requirements of the course and enhance their knowledge in programming subjects as well. This study will only include Programming subjects like Programming 1 and 2, Computer Organization and Assembly Language and also Web Programming and Development
