SHS ABM Culinary Research Project Presented in the 4th SDCA International Multidisciplinary Research Conference

SHS ABM Culinary Research Project entitled “TARA TUMBONGAN TAYO: AN ASSESSMENT OF FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES IN SELECTED TUMBONGAN FOOD STALLS IN MANILA” was presented during the 4th SDCA International Multidisciplinary Research Conference, organized by St. Dominic College of Asia and Emerald Publishing. The paper was authored by Elijah Manalo, Bryle Tucpi, Euonna Tagle, Yzabeil Carnites, Giordan Geminiano, Kier Pajarillo, Paolo Reyes, Patricia Manlusoc, Paulo Atienza, Precious Santos, who are under the guidance of the Content Lead for Science and Innovative Research, Mr. John Christian Espinola and SHS LYCESGO Adviser, Mr. Ell Clifferson Gallardo. The said event was held on May 22-24, 2024, onsite in St. Dominic College of Asia and via Zoom.
