LPU SHS in DLSU-D ConTRends 2023

Five LPU SHS Research Projects were showcased and presented during the Conference on Technology and Research for National Development and Sustainability. The event was held on May 24-26, 2023, via Zoom and was organized by the De La Salle University-Dasmarinas.

The first three papers are under the category Governance, Human Rights, and Public Policy. The paper entitled: DISASTER RISK READINESS, PARTICIPATION AND PREPAREDNESS OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS IN ANTIPOLO is authored by Mikhaella Nica Maglalang, Angela Vecka Meneses, Lady Alliah Dela Merced, Mikylla Escobido, Kamille Villanueva, Scott Ashley Delas Llagas, Aaron Olivo. The paper entitled: WHOOP-WHOOP: CYLISTS’ KNOWLEDGE AND ASSESSMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROAD SAFETY is authored by Tristan Sean Maranan, Shawn Gabriel Corpus, Allen Dustine Virtucio, and Rachelle Polo; and the paper entitled: FOSTERING DECENCY IN A WORKPLACE: AN ASSESSMENT OF WORK ETHICS AMONG CITY HALL EMPLOYEES is authored by Sophia Linse Cabugatan, Jade Erielle Alon-Alon, Samantha Caryll Derama, Ejane Huyo-A, Jerelou Soriano, and Kofi Mason Carandang.

The fourth paper entitled: PERMA- AN ASSESSMENT OF THE WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES IN SELECTED IN SELECTED ACCOUNTING FIRMS, is under the category Business Management, Economics, Tourism, and Development Studies. It is authored by Trisha Bolo, Jhulianne Indinio, Ma. Nicole Angela Soriano, Bradley Harvey Palmes, Louise Francine Cataquiz, John Vincent Cervantes, and Charina Gabas.

The fifth paper entitled: PERMA- AN ASSESSMENT OF THE WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES IN SELECTED IN SELECTED ACCOUNTING FIRMS, is under the category Behavioral Health, Psychology, and Mental Health. It is authored by Charlene Manayon, Edbert Deliezo, Holy Quilao, Clarence Dioquino, Demie Moore Canaveral, Joeybelle Alice Jumawan, Sherven Nicolas, and Iris Millares.

All these research projects are under the supervision of the Content Lead for Science and Innovative Research, Mr. John Christian Espinola, with co-mentor Mr. Ell Clifferson Gallardo.
