She is a public health physician and a Balik Scientist affiliated with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH).

The early registration rate is PHP 1,000 and applies to reservations and payments made on or before September 20, 2024. The onsite fee is PHP 1,200 and requires prior reservation which also applies to reservations made on or before September 25, 2024 with limited slots available.

Registration is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. The fee is inclusive of materials, meals, and certificates.
