ABM12 Culinary- Ballmer presented their Research Project entitled: “G SA UGBO: AN ASSESSMENT OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES OF FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN TONDO, MANILA” during the KAINCON 2023 Academic Research Conference with the theme: Shaping the Future of Philippine Culinary Heritage and Gastronomy.

The event was held on April 5, 2023, and was organized by the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Jose Rizal University. The said paper was authored by Joshua Gabriel Ureta, Ashley Jade Arango, Princess Jazmine Silvestre, John Benedick Manalo, Clyde Fhil Cabales, Carlos Joshua Catanes, Gian Yuri Gagarin, Alexandra Marie Nadong, and Kenneth Paul Ramos. They were mentored by the Content Lead for Science and Innovative Research, Mr. John Christian Espinola, and the SHS LYCESGO Adviser, Mr. Ell Clifferson Gallardo.
