Lycean Professionals once again hailed certified by Microsoft

Congratulations to all the new Microsoft Certification Exam Passers!

Your achievement is truly remarkable and we’re very proud of you.

The Center for Technology-Enabled Education (CEL), in coordination with the Workplace Learning and Development (WL&D) of the Human Resource Department, would like to congratulate this Second Semester, Academic Year 2021-2022 Microsoft Certification Passers.

The Microsoft Office Specialist Program provides industry-leading assessments of skills and knowledge through our new project-based testing, giving students and professionals real-world exercises to appraise their understanding of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office Specialist Program. Certiport, n.d.).

The Microsoft Certified Educator Program is a professional development program that bridges the gap between technology skills and innovative teaching. Educators holding a Microsoft Certified Educator certification can prove they have the skills needed to provide rich, customized learning experiences for their students that incorporate critical21st century skills using Microsoft tools (Microsoft Certified educator program. Certiport, n.d.).

As a Microsoft Showcase School, LPU was given exam vouchers by Microsoft so that more and more employees would be certified.  The University’s Microsoft Certification Program is a joint project of CEL and WL&D. The two departments made a systematic procedure that started with the selection of test candidates, orientation, review and preparation, and scheduling.

This undertaking will not be successful without the in-house coaches’ guidance and the test candidates’ commitment to review despite their full-packed work schedules.

LPU registered an 80% passing percentage for this batch. Congratulations to all the new Microsoft Certification Exam Passers! Your achievement is truly remarkable, and we’re very proud of you.
