Happy Valentine’s Day!

While you may have been busy this season of love preparing for your loved ones, have you considered taking a moment to breathe in the fresh air, dance and sing to your favorite song, or take yourself out for lunch? 

 After all, nothing in your life is ever going to feel right until you learn how to love yourself.  

This valentine’s day, we invite you to join the “7 day Self-Care Challenge” and focus on the worthiest kind of relationship: the one you have with yourself.  

The mechanics of the activity are as follows: 

7 Day Self-Care Challenge 

1. This activity is open to all LPU Manila employees. 

2. Participants must complete and record (take a photo) at least one activity per day in order to complete the 7 day Self-Care Challenge. 

3. No repetition of activities should occur each day. Participants must upload a collage of their 7 day Self-Care Challenge here https://bit.ly/7DaySelfCareChallenge2022  on or before February 21, 2022 at 05:00 pm.

5. We will select the lucky winners based on the content and creativity of their entries, and they will be featured during the Love Express Virtual event on February 23, 2022 at 02:00 pm.
