The Lyceum of the Philippines University would like to invite you to attend this year’s Guidance Counselors’ Seminar entitled, “Creating a Better Workplace Using the Solution-Focused Approach” on December 1, 2023, Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the 2/F Muralla Ballroom, The Bayleaf Intramuros, Manila.

Learn different tools that will help you in providing a safe space for people to work out their stressors and learn the benefits of Workplace Counseling. In this session, participants will be equipped with foundational mental health knowledge and basic Solution-Focused skills to provide support to a friend or colleague in need and apply this to their own well-being as well.

Specifically, at the end of the seminar, the participants are expected to:

• Understand the importance of Workplace Counseling
• Learn and apply the basic tenets of the Solution-Focused approach
• Utilize the Solution-Focused approach to stay motivated and keep focused

The early registration rate is PHP 1,800 and applies to reservations and payments made on or before November 15, 2023. The onsite fee is PHP 2,000 and requires prior reservation which also applies to reservations made on or before November 25, 2023, with limited slots available.
