We would like to thank the University of the Philippines – Open University for the warm welcome and for giving us the opportunity to learn the top-notch system on providing distance education programs as part of our benchmarking to receive Government Permit and Recognition from CHED. The benchmarking was led by the Chancellor and Professor, University of the Philippines- Open University, Dr. Melinda Dela Pena Bandalaria and Director of Office of Public Affairs, Dr. Myra C. Almodiel.
