Planning to apply for the entrance exam?
Bring the following requirements:
- 2×2 ID photo
- Photocopy of Grade 12 school ID
- Entrance exam fee: Php 500.00
Passed the exam already and want to enroll on the same day?
Bring the following requirements:
- 1 pxc 2×2 ID color picture (white background)
- Grade 12 report card (F138)
If to avail early enrollment: copy of first semester, grade 12 report card or certificate of candidacy for graduation - Original and photocopy of PSA birth certificate
- Valid ID of guardian (if minor)
