COT Professors Dr. Alexander A. Hernandez and Dr. Erlito M. Albina have been awarded the coveted Best Research Paper Award at the 9th International Conference on Business and Industrial Research (ICBIR 2024). The conference, held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 22-25, 2024, was organized by the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI), Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) (TPA), and the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand (AIAT).

From a pool of 401 submissions, the professors’ research paper titled “Predicting the Determinants of Artificial Intelligence in Green Energy Technologies Adoption Intention at the Household Level Using Structural Equation Modeling” emerged as a top contender. The paper was among 289 selected for presentation and subsequently, one of 8 chosen for the final award ceremony. 

The research paper will be published in Scopus Indexed and IEEE – The world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.
