LPU Manila Academic Year-End Review (AYER) and Strategic Planning
The Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Manila successfully conducted its annual Academic Year-End Review and Strategic Planning session on June 18 and 19, 2024 at The Bayleaf Hotel in Intramuros. Organized by the Institutional Development Office, Strategy & Operations, and the Academic Affairs Office, the session was attended by Atty. Roberto P. Laurel, President of LPU Manila, along with senior leaders and representatives from various university units.
The review comprehensively evaluated the past academic year’s performance, emphasizing leadership and governance, teaching and learning, research, community involvement, student support and engagement, and resource management. Additionally, the results of the Customer Experience survey and the Internal Integrated Management Audit were presented, providing valuable insights for further improvement and development.
The strategic planning sessions aimed to establish goals and strategies for the upcoming academic year, focusing on continuous improvement across all areas. The collaborative efforts of LPU Manila’s leadership and unit representatives during this event highlighted the university’s strategic foresight and excellence. The outcomes of these sessions are expected to propel LPU Manila toward greater achievements in the coming year.
