ABM12 Culinary- Ballmer presented their Research Project entitled, “G SA UGBO: AN ASSESSMENT OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES OF FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN TONDO, MANILA” during the Research and Innovation for Sustainable Education (RISE) 2023 under the theme: Business, Entrepreneurship, and Finance.

The event was held on March 2, 2023 and organized by Quezon City University and the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators. The said paper was authored by Joshua Gabriel Ureta, Ashley Jade Arango, Princess Jazmine Silvestre, John Benedick Manalo, Clyde Fhil Cabales, Carlos Joshua Catanes, Gian Yuri Gagarin, Alexandra Marie Nadong, and Kenneth Paul Ramos. They were mentored by the Content Lead for Science and Innovative Research, Mr. John Christian Espinola, and the Adviser of SHS LYCESGO, Mr. Ell Clifferson Gallardo.
