2 out of the 4 papers from LPU SHS were recognized by the University of the Philippines – University Statistical Society during the “Limitless 2022: National Youth Summit on Statistics”. The papers entitled “On Pens, Placards, And Social Media: A Study on Student Journalists’ Engagement in Online and Offline Activism” and “Sleep Disorder Tendencies Among BPO Employees: A Correlation Study” won the research competition. These were also featured in “Pulse” the official social media page of the organization which aims to promote Statistics by providing relevant and exciting information on trends and issues. The said event was held last June 18 and 25, 2022 via Zoom.
