APPLICATION FOR AY2022-2023 (January 15 to February 19, 2022)

Privileges:

• Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
• Monthly stipend for 10 months

Qualifications:

1. Must be currently Grade 12 or a qualified candidate for graduation
2. Must belong to at least one (1) of the following:
   • Top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students (Grade 11 Ranking)
   • With at least 90% GWA (Grade 11 Grades)
   • Students of Science High School
3. Must be of good moral character as certified by the High School Principal
4. Must be a Filipino citizen
5. Must pass the qualifying examination and interview given by the Scholarship Committee

Requirements:

• Accomplished JPL-SHL Scholarship Application Form (download file below)
• Certification from the high school principal stating that the student belongs to the top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students or copy of Report Card with at least 90% GWA (Grade 11 Ranking or Grades) or STUDENTS OF SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL
• Certification of Good Moral Character
• Scanned copy of Birth Certificate
• Scanned 2×2 ID Photo
• Submit complete requirements to: jplshlscholarship@lpu.edu.ph
