Ms. Carolyn C. Quiba, RGC, Guidance Director of the LPU Manila Guidance and Testing Center, has recently been featured in NBCC Visions, the official newsletter of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). The NBCC is the premier credentialing body for counselors, and is based in North Carolina, USA. Ms. Quiba is an MHF Program Master Trainer certified by the NBCC in November 2019 and has since been facilitating numerous sessions in the Philippines.

In an article published for the May 2022 issue, Ms. Carol highlights the urgent need of mental health support in the country. “I truly believe in the MHF program,” Ms. Carol affirms.
