Be inspired by Chef Alain Passard

The College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management of LPU Manila has been graced with the presence of multi-awarded Chef Alain Passard, owner of L’Arpege in Paris, a 3 Michelin star rated restaurant, and a recipient of Lifetime Achievement Award by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Chef’s Choice Award.

LPU culinary students had the privilege to ask relevant questions aligned to his matter of expertise, while Chef Passard shared his experience in and out of the kitchen, and some tips to those who aspire to become like him.

Chef Passard was joined by Chef Jessie Sincioco, owner of Chef Jessie Rockwell Club and Chef Margarita Fores, owner of an Italian Restaurant – Cibo PH. Among the guests are Louis Passard, Alex Guerraz, and Nabila Torch.
