ADRI JAVA CENTRAL is the Association of Indonesian Experts and Lecturers, which is composed of different universities in Indonesia. A MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed among 23 universities on January 17, 2019.
On March 18 to April 13, twelve students from five different partnered universities joined in the 1st Batch of Students’ Mobility (3-week sit-in) Program hosted by LPU.
The sit-in program is a non-credit program, an activity both academic and non-academic in nature. The students were given a chance to attend classes based on their major in their home university. With the help of LPU Young Educators’ Guild, the cross-cultural immersion was given to the Indonesian students, they had the Intramuros tour, visited Fort Santiago, National Museum, Rizal Park, and Bonifacio Global City. Cross-cultural understanding is part of the program in which communicating with people plays a significant role while at the same time they have learned the culture of the country through one-on-one tutorial.
