ENTRANCE TEST

Is there an entrance test this upcoming Academic Year 2020-2021?

The entrance exam for AY 2020-2021 is waived. Applicants may directly proceed to enrollment.

 

ENROLLMENT

When is the schedule of enrollment?

Online enrollment starts on June 15, 2020 for incoming Grade 11 senior high school, college freshmen and transferee students.

 

Is the enrolment link accessible in all internet browsers?

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended browsers.

I cannot comply with all the requirements due to the restrictions in my previous school brought by this health crisis, how can I proceed with my application?

The only requirement for online enrollment is a scanned copy of your school ID and the latest available report card. The complete admission requirements can be submitted on or before October 30, 2020.

 

I already have an Applicant ID but I forgot my password. Do I need to apply again? No need to re-apply because the system will detect a duplicate. Simply indicate in your e-mail that you already have an Applicant ID Number.

 

What are the schedules of enrollment? Are you available 24/7?

How many units can I take this semester?

Your will be enrolled for the full semestral load ranging from 20-24 units, depending on the academic load indicated in the curriculum of your program/course.

Do you accept transferees?

Yes, we are accepting transferees for College and Grade 12 Senior High School. Please see Step 1 of the Enrolment Procedure for the requirements.

 

Do you accept foreign students and Filipinos who studied or graduated abroad?

Yes.  Please see Step 1 of the Enrolment Procedure for the requirements.

 

Do you accept Graduate of Previous School Year (GPSY)/Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduate/Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) holder/Graduate of Non-Formal Education (NFE)?

TUITION FEE AND PAYMENTS

How much is the tuition fee?

There will be no tuition fee increase this A.Y. 2020-2021. Minimum downpayment upon enrolment is Php5,000.00

 

Can I pay in installment basis?

Yes, you can pay in installment. The following are the available payment terms:

Senior High School: (1) Monthly, (2) Quarterly, (3) Semi Annual, (4) Annual/Full Payment

College: (1) Full Payment (2) Installment – 3 payment periods: prelim, midterm and final period.

 

Is there any discount if I pay in full?

There is no discount, but you will not pay the Installment Charge.

 

How can I pay my tuition fee?

You may pay through any of our affiliated banks and payment partners: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, MLhuillier and Bayad Centers.

 

Where do I send my receipt as proof of payment?

How can I ensure that my payment is validated and how is the issuance of official receipt?

You will receive an email, including your official receipt and Enrolment Assessment Form (EAF), from the Admission Office within one week once payment transaction has been confirmed by the Cashier’s Office and enrolment has been completed. You can claim the original copy of your official receipt at the Cashier’s Office in the campus.

 

Do I need to print my Enrollment Assessment Form?

It is advisable that you print a copy or keep a screenshot of your Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) so you can refer to it anytime you need to.

 

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Do you accept government voucher?

Yes, we accept government voucher.  After enrolment, please email the following to the Senior High School Department (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for tuition fee adjustment:

  • Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Grade 10 final report card (Form 138)
  • Additional requirement for applicants from private schools: Copy of Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) Certificate or Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Certificate. The QVA Certificate is provided by PEAC and the ESC Certificate is provided by the junior high school. Original copy must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office on or before October 30, 2020.

For students from public schools, amount to be subsidized by the government is Php22,500.00, which will be deducted from the tuition fee balance. For students from private schools, amount to be subsidized by the government is Php18,000.00, which will be deducted from the tuition fee balance upon validation of the QVA Certificate or ESC Certificate by DepEd.

 

I am a graduate of LPU Manila SHS.  How will I apply?  For graduates of LPU Manila SHS, proceed to Step 1 immediately of the enrolment procedure.

I am a graduate of LPU Cavite/LPU Laguna/LPU Batangas SHS, how will I apply? Please follow the enrolment procedure from Steps 1-5.

 

SCHOLARSHIP AND DISCOUNT

Do you have academic scholarships offered? How can I apply?

Do you accept government scholarship/private company sponsored scholarship in LPU? What are the requirements I need to provide?

Yes.  Please provide the scholarship certificate or endorsement letter from the government or private agency. The letter or certificate should indicate the amount covered by the scholarship.

When do classes start this A.Y. 2020-2021?

Senior High School - August 24, 2020

College - September 7, 2020

 

What would be the set-up of classes? Is it full-online, blended learning or face-to-face?

To ensure health and safety of your students, there will be no face to face classes during the 1st Semester of AY2020-2021.  LPU will deploy flexible learning through online mode through a Learning Management System.

myLPU Learning Experience thru Alternative Delivery Systems (L.E.A.D.S.) is an innovative and flexible system that combines various delivery modes for asynchronous teaching and learning activities to effectively deliver instruction to College and Senior High School students.
