CBA Faculty Attends 1st Book Writeshop

Members of the faculty of the Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) College of Business Administration (CBA) attended a book writing workshop sponsored by the C & E Publishing, Inc. on April 19-20, 2016 at LPU’s Multi-Purpose Room. The two-day event enhanced the faculty’s communication skills and trained them in writing textbooks for the Senior High School (SHS) students taking the Accountancy, Business and Management strand of the Academic Track.

Of the subjects taken by the SHS students, the following books were written by the faculty: Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, Business Finance, and Business Mathematics.

            The event speaker was Department of Education (DepEd) Curriculum Development Specialist and Technical Consultant Dr. Greg Pawilen, who imparted the elements of basic education fused with professional courses, usually offered to college students, to effectively communicate information to SHS students.
