Privileges:
- Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
- Monthly stipend for 10 months
- Book allowance per semester
- Clothing allowance per school year
Qualifications:
- Must be currently Grade 12 or a qualified candidate for graduation
- Must belong to at least one (1) of the following:
- Top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students (Grade 11 Ranking)
- With at least 90% GWA (Grade 11 Grades)
- Students of Science High School
- Must be of good moral character as certified by the High School Principal
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must pass the qualifying examination and interview given by the Scholarship Committee

- Certification from the high school principal stating that the student belongs to the top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students or copy of Report Card with at least 90% GWA (Grade 11 Ranking or Grades) or STUDENTS OF SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL

- Scanned copy of Birth Certificate
- Scanned 2x2 ID Photo

Top 1 among the total graduating batch of at least 40 students.
100% discount on tuition fee and miscellaneous fees for 1 academic year.
- Rank 2 (Salutatorian)
Top 2 among the total graduating batch of at least 40 students.
50% discount on tuition fee and miscellaneous fees for 1 academic year.
- Rank 3 (First Honorable Mention)
Top 3 among the total graduating batch of at least 101 students.
50% discount on tuition fee only for 1 academic year (SHS) or 1 semester (College).
- Editors-in-Chief
Editor-in-Chief of the official student or high school publication.
50% discount on tuition fee only for 1 academic year (SHS) or 1 semester (College).
Requirements upon enrollment:
- Certification of Ranking (Rank 1, Rank 2 or Rank 3); must include the total number of graduating students.
