STEP-BY-STEP ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE OF NEW STUDENTS:

 

1. Submission of Scholastic Records

Send a scanned copy of all initial admission requirements together with the application fillable forms using http://bit.ly/LPUStudentProfile_and_WaiverAY21-22 to This email address is being protected from spambots. College Freshmen Students:

  1. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  2. Most recent Semester or Quarterly Report Card/Grade Report

College Transferees:

  1. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  2. Most recent Semester or Quarterly Report Card/Grade Report

Senior High School Grade 11:

  1. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  2. Most recent Semester or Quarterly Report Card/Grade with GPA/GWA not lower than 80;

Senior High School Transferees:

Note: College transferees will follow the upperclassmen enrollment schedule to be provided by respective colleges.

 

2. Enlistment

Once you have received an email from LPU Admissions Section regarding your unofficial Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) and Payment Applicant ID, you may pay through our Payment Partners: https://bit.ly/LPUPaymentPartners    

 

3. Proof of Payment

Send proof of payment to the email address that will be provided by the admissions section.

Wait for five (5) working days to confirm/verify your payment.

 

4. Officially Enrolled

The student will receive his/her Official Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF), official LPU Microsoft 365 Campus Mail log-in credentials, Student Profiling and Branding Survey, and myLPU Readiness and Terms and Conditions from the Admissions Section.

 

5. Submission of Complete Requirements

Send the original/hard copies of the requirements before the start of classes. Failure to comply with the submission would delay your enrollment for the next semester.

  • GWA/GPA of at least 80% 

 

Grade 12 - Transferee (Senior High School)

For applicants from schools in the Philippines or schools abroad under DepEd and did not enroll in any college/university after graduation:

  • Certification from the high school principal that the student’s Form 137-A is still in the school file and has not been forwarded to another college/university.
  • PSA Birth Certificate. If not available, to follow before start of classes.

Alternative Learning System Graduate (ALS)

For Enrollees Coming from Schools Abroad (except for Filipino Schools under DepEd)

  1. Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence; if the country or territory of origin is already a member of the Apostille Convention, authentication of the Philippine Foreign Service is no longer necessary. Certificate of completion of secondary education (senior high school / grade 12 or its equivalent)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the School Guidance Counselor or Principal
  3. 2x2 Colored ID Picture

For Filipino Applicants:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate. If not available, to follow before start of classes.
  2. Data page of Passport

For Foreign Nationals:

  1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit (SSP) or Visa
  2. Data page of the applicant’s passport showing date and place of birth.
  3. Birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
  4. Student’s Personal History (PHS) duly signed by the applicant, both in English, and in his/her national alphabet accompanied by his/her personal seal, if any, and containing, among others, his left and right thumbprints.
  5. A notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institution-al scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.

 

Graduates of Bachelor’s Degree Programs (Second Courser)

  • Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal
  • Transcript of Records
  • PSA Birth Certificate. If not available, to follow before start of classes.
  • 2x2 Colored ID Picture

 

Other Important Matters

  • Follow the enrollment schedule provided by your College: For Transferees Only.
  • Regularly check your Office 365 Account (Make sure it is activated)
  • Keep your important documents (ID, EAF, Scanned Curriculum, payment’s official receipt)
  • Keep yourself informed at all times on updates and announcements (LPU Website & LPU FB Page)
  • The application period for Scholarships and Discounts will be announced through email blast and social media announcements.

Reminders:

  • Enrollment Reservation Period – January 15 to May 15, 2021
  • The validity of reserved slots is extended until July 16, 2021, only.
  • The reservation fee is non-refundable but deductible to the total assessment upon enrollment.
  • Early Enrollment is extended until July 16, 2021
  • Start of Regular Enrollment – July 17, 2021
