Entrance Scholarship

Qualifications:

  • Rank 1 (Valedictorian)
    • Top 1 among the total graduating batch of at least 40 students.
    • 100% discount on tuition fee and miscellaneous fees for 1 academic year.
  • Rank 2 (Salutatorian)
    • Top 2 among the total graduating batch of at least 40 students.
    • 50% discount on tuition fee and miscellaneous fees for 1 academic year.
  • Rank 3 (First Honorable Mention)
    • Top 3 among the total graduating batch of at least 101 students.
    • 50% discount on tuition fee only for 1 academic year (SHS) or 1 semester (College). 
  • Editors-in-Chief
    • Editor-in-Chief of the official student or high school publication.
    • 50% discount on tuition fee only for 1 academic year (SHS) or 1 semester (College). 

Requirements upon enrollment:

  • Certification of Ranking (Rank 1, Rank 2 or Rank 3); must include the total number of graduating students.
  • Published School Newspaper (Editor-in-Chief) 
  • Original Report Card
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • PSA Birth Certificate

JPL-SHL President’s Scholarship

APPLICATION FOR AY2024-2025 (January 5 to February 15, 2024)

Privilege:

  • Free tuition and other school fees as reflected in the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF)

Programs Covered:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
  • Bachelor of Science major in Psychology 

Qualifications:

  1. Must be currently Grade 12 or a qualified candidate for graduation
  2. Must belong to at least one (1) of the following:
    • Top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students (Grade 11 Ranking)
    • Students of Science High School
  3. Must have at least GPA/GWA of 90%
  4. Must be of good moral character as certified by the High School Principal
  5. Must be a Filipino citizen
  6. Must pass the qualifying examination and interview given by the Scholarship Committee

Requirements:

  • Certification from the senior high school principal stating that the student belongs to the Top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 35 students or Certificate of Enrollment (for those enrolled in a SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Copy of PSA Birth Certificate  
  • Copy of 2″x2″ recent colored picture with white background

Financial Aids and Grants

Athletic Grant

  • Full tuition grants available to qualified athletes, renewable every semester and summer, upon the recommendation of the Athletic Director.
  • The grantee must be enrolled in at least 12 units for the semester and must have passed 60% of units enrolled in.

Dance Troupe/Chorale Grant

  • 50% tuition fee discounts are granted to qualified members of the LPU Dance Troupe and Chorale upon the recommendation of the Dance Troupe/Chorale Director.
  • The grantee must have no failing grade and must carry load of not less than 12 units in the present and previous semesters.

Tuition Fee Discounts for Siblings

LPU offers the following discounts on tuition fees for two or more siblings enrolled during the same term. Discount shall be availed by the youngest:

  • the second sibling shall be granted a 20% discount;
  • the third, a 40% discount;
  • the fourth, a 60% discount; and
  • succeeding brothers/sisters, a 100% discount.

The following are the requirements for Sibling Discount:

  2. Copy of PSA Birth Certificate of siblings

The application period for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2023-2024 is ongoing. The deadline for filing the application is on March 12, 2024.

Alumni – LPU Educational Assistance Program (A-LEAP)

The Alumni-LPU Educational Assistance Program (A-LEAP) is a privilege given by Lyceum of the Philippines University to its Alumni.  

LPU Alumni or their sons/daughters are entitled to 15% discount on tuition fees upon enrollment once every semester for Senior High School, Baccalaureate Degree, Graduate School and/or College of Law except for summer class.

For New Applicants:

  2. Upload a copy of the LPU Alumni ID or TOR or Certificate of Graduation or Diploma
