Lyceum Coffee Masters Won Gold in the Philippine Barista Cup Tandem Competition

A consistent show of talent and skills were shown by LPU Manila students from the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management in the Philippine Barista Cup Tandem Competition held at SMX Pasay during the Manila Food and Beverage Expo.  The team of Mr. Aldher Miko Simangan and Kevin Fortu of Lyceum Coffee Masters emerged as Champions beating participants from University of Santo Tomas, University of the East, De La Salle University and St. Paul University among others.

LPU’s Signature beverage Espresso Chili Nachos got the seal of approval from the judges discriminating taste.

The competition was organized by the Philippine Barista and Coffee Academy with Mr. Ross Bright as the Lead Judge.
